This Victorian mid-terrace property had been subjected to external decoration and render to the face brickwork and ornate plasterwork.

Restoration in Progress
To restore the façade to its original specification, the external
decoration and render from the face brickwork and ornate plasterwork was
removed. Extensive repair work to face brickwork was carried out using
reclaimed replacement bricks to provide the correct match. The face brickwork
was repointed using a lime-based mortar and a weather-struck and cut joint.
